Vehicle In Kuwait Registration Renewal begins from Sunday
Kuwait General Traffic Department will begin to resume its work in the vehicle registration sections from Sunday.
Opening hours will be from 8 am to 4 pm in all governorates, in order to renew the vehicles insurance from 12/3/2020 to date only.
The visitors are restricted to receiving vehicle registration licenses to renew the vehicles that are under insurance, which are covered by the decision to exempt from technical examination, provided that the insurance papers exist and that renewal is optional for those who wish.
Kindly note that if the vehicle registration is not renewed at this time will not result in payment of any fines.
The Ministry of Health announced, Friday, 604 new infections of the coronavirus (COVID-19), raising the total to 38678. Deaths reached 313 with the addition of 5 fatalities. All the new cases were in contact with previously infected people or are being investigated for sources of infection, the Health Ministry’s spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said.

Kuwait Cabinet decides to lift isolation from Hawally, Nugra, Maidan Hawally & Khaitan areas starting from 5 AM on Sunday, Jun 21. Isolation areas of Mahboula, Jleeb, Farwaniya continue until further notice. The curfew will be from 7 PM to 5 AM, starting Sunday 21 Jun.
