USA: 13 individuals were shot at a house gathering in Chicago
Early Sunday, firing at a house party on the South Side of Chicago injured 13 people, four of whom were serious, police announced.
The attack resulted from a fight at a family party “given in April as a tribute to a subject slain,” informed Patrol Chief Fred Waller. He said shots were fired after 12:30 a.m. for the first time.
The casualties ranged from 16 to 48 years of age and had “different and different gunshot wounds on their body parts”
There are two people being asked, informed Waller. One of them, he added, was caught with a pistol while the other was injured. Waller said a revolver was seized by police.
Waller identified three different driving scenes at the Englewood neighborhood residential location in the city. The shooting started inside, and then as people have started streaming out of the house, more shots were fired. He stated shots had also been fired in the area at a third place.
The shooting he identified as an “isolated instance.”
