Tennis star Sania Mirza has taken to Instagram about two hours back to discuss a message on her journey to recovery and it’s encouraging. There’s a possibility her post will get you inspired to drop those kilos too.
“89 kilograms vs. 63,” Mirza wrote and published a collage documenting her weight loss ahead of time. She also said, “We are all establishing targets. Daily objectives and goals over the long term. Take pride in each one.” Mirza then announced that it required her 4 months to achieve the target of losing 26 kgs – “to return after having a baby to be fit and healthy.” “Looks like such a long way to return and recover strength, and to be capable of competing again at the highest possible level,” she said.
