Now, one can get coronavirus test result in just 15 minutes
Tianjin University of China has designed a new test kit to diagnose coronavirus, which takes only 15 minutes. Saving time in screening potential patients will help.
The package was created by Tianjin University, in partnership with Beijing Biotech company, as per Global Times. The package is awaiting clinical trials and would be sent for clearance to the health regulator.
Previously, a package produced by SunSure Biotech was authorized by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), a Chinese health regulatory agency, which reduced the processing period to 30 minutes.
On 26 January the NMPA certified four test kits.
