No Salary Certificate for Companies failing to pay full salaries
Sources at the Public Authority for Manpower revealed that no salary certificate will be issued to the companies who have failed to transfer full salaries to its workers/employees.
The source also indicated that, the companies who deduct money from their workers salaries is considered as s violation of the Labor Law.
The authority is currently considering of approving the signing of an undertaking from the employer to pay the salaries in full without deduction for a period of three months and providing the authority with payroll statements.
The company employers will also not be allowed to participate in any of the government projects and tenders nor be allowed to complete renewal, transfer, add employment for its company.
