Lata Mageshkar’s Lag Jaa Gale’s Song; Toddler sings it and the video goes viral
An old clip of a little heartthrob is going viral internet, and it’s the most inspiring thing we’ve seen on the Internet these days.
In the video, the child Pragya Medha can also be heard singing a mellifluous version of Lata Mangeshkar’s 1964 film Lag Jaa Gale, Woh Kaun Thi?.
The clip starts with the munchkin singing the lyrics of a song seamlessly and with too much credibility. The clip, which Prague’s mother shared in July of this year, instantly won hearts on social networking sites.
Here’s the viral video:
Pragya’s footage was able to capture more than 9k views and 2k likes Instagram. Some also waved their congratulations at the toddler’s post and called her a new singing sensation. One person said, “Baby lataji,” and another wrote that her voice was a gift from the heavens.
Once the video got love from people all the time, Pragya’s parents also posted more videos of her performing the very same song, and they’re just as adorable.
The melody Lag Jaa Gale has been composed by Raja Mehdi Ali Khan. Manoj Kumar, Sadhana, Helen and Prem Chopra starred in the movie.
