Kuwaits MoI WhatsApp number accepts grievances from the citizens
The WhatsApp service introduced by the Ministry of Interior gets an average of 121 messages per day and is rising over time as more citizens use it every day.
Per the Kuwait Times local media article, this line is being managed by about 10 administrative staff and is linked to different industries of the department of the interior as well as other departments and institutions.
Last quarter the WhatsApp hotline 99324092 was opened for the public to connect quickly and easily with the ministry about various problems. The center runs 24/7 to accept Traffic Management grievances, feedback, findings or questions. The service is free for non-Arabic speakers of English, too.
Expatriates can also submit traffic offenses to that percentage with the photo of the contravention attached and the government officials will immediately take appropriate measures, the report notes.
