Kuwaitis spent roughly $16.5 billion in one year travel
Figures released by Kuwait’s Central Bank reported that Kuwaitis spent roughly $16.5 billion in travel between the fourth quarter of 2018 and the third quarter of 2019.
As per the daily report from Al-Qabas, investment in 2018 amounted to about KD 4.49 billion ($14.8 billion), which reflects an increased rate of what could be more than 10 per cent.
The figures on trade balance have shown since 2016 the travel curve has rising by 37 percent.
An assessment of the statistics shows that there are expenses for students studying abroad and overseas treatment, but this represents a small percentage of the total amount spent on tourism, recreation and aviation as well as residing outside of the continent.
In certain areas, such as festivals and sporting activities, the study often related the investment too limited incentives for local entertainment and sternness.
