Kuwaiti armed troops are on full readiness
Kuwait foreign diplomat asked on well-armed forces to be on great alert and be programmed to face any incident which might destabilize the safety of the country, state news bureau KUNA announced on Tuesday.
Kuwait has beefed up protection throughout key state establishments after an anonymous drone was detected hovering over the metropolis on Saturday and due to mounting pressures in the Gulf precinct.
PM Shaikh Jaber Mubarak on Sunday continued an emergency conference with senior security executives in the nation over regional forces.
“Security agencies started necessary inquiries into the drone flight monitored on the coastal side of Kuwait City and actions are taken to confront it,” Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Interior Minister Anis Al Saleh said after the meeting externally details.
The PM commended the security officials to tighten safety around vital connections in the nation.
The actions were characterized by the Kuwaiti media as “maximum and unprecedented”.
