Kuwait observing the year’s lengthiest day on saturday
Kuwait accompanying with the entire Gulf region is determined to observe the longest day of the year on Saturday when day time will stretch for 14 hours and two minutes and night hours will be nine and 58 minutes, the Kuwaiti astronomer Khaled Al-Jumaan announced on Wednesday.
In a declaration to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Jumaan accused the foretold lengthy day to Kuwait’s geographic area in the north of the Arabian Gulf.
Day hours rise in countries located farther north, the isolated region of which, the North Pole, onlookers round the clock days for six months in a row.
The extended day recurs every year due to the noticeable sun movements that also produce severe heat.
