Kuwait: MoI stress on the guidelines for delivery companies
The Ministry of Interior stressed the need for delivery companies to abide by their guidelines.
According to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Interior, the driver of the delivery vehicle must have a health certificate issued by the Food Authority.

All delivery vehicles must put a company sticker on the vehicle. The residence of the driver of a delivery vehicle should be on the same company, where he works for. and the driver is committed to wearing the uniform while driving the delivery vehicle.
These requirements came into effect as of October 1, 2022. Authorities urged the owners of companies to abide by the instructions and specified that they will withdraw the license and will take legal measures on whoever violated these conditions.
