Kuwait: KD 5000 fine and 3 months jail for violating home quarantine rule

Any expatriate who arrive in Kuwait and violate the home quarantine rule will be imprisoned for a period not exceeding three months and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars or one of these two penalties.

As per the paragraph 1 of Article 17 amended by Article 1 of Law No. 4 of 2020, violator shall be imprisoned for a period not exceeding three months and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars or one of these two penalties for not adhering to home quarantine as per the law No. 8 of 1969 regarding health precautions to prevent communicable diseases, and its amendments

MOH called upon everyone who comes from abroad to adhere to the regulations for the safety of self and society and to avoid the penalties stipulated in the relevant laws in this regard.
