Kuwait Coronavirus: 11 Deaths and 2080 confirmed cases
The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Kuwait topped 2,080 on Tuesday.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health on Saturday reported 85 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections and two death in the last 24 hours.
This brings the total death cases to 11 in Kuwait, while 1,619 patients are being treated.
Meanwhile, Kuwait government on Monday decided to extend partial curfew for 16 hours during Ramadan and the national holiday up until May 28, while assigning the ministries of interior and information to name and shame those violating home quarantine and curfew.
The coronavirus has killed more than 171,255 people worldwide and has sickened over 2.4 million, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
