Kuwait considers allowing foreigners to fully own real estate assets
Kuwait government is considering enabling foreigners to own real estate assets in Kuwait, Al-Qabas Arabic newspaper reported. The report also says that the cabinet is considering imposing a new tax and comprehensive re-pricing of services and goods.
