Kuwait confirms twelve new coronavirus cases, total up to 142
Kuwait reported twelve new coronavirus cases raising the total number of cases in the country to 142, the ministry of health said on Wednesday.
In a press conference, Health Ministry Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad revealed that out of the 142 in total, 15 cases recovered and 127 are still receiving treatment, he pointed out.
The 12 new cases recorded are eight cases related to travel to the United Kingdom, including six cases of Kuwaitis, one American, and one Spanish. He added that there are two cases of travel-related cases in the United Kingdom, one case of citizens related to travel to Switzerland, and the last case of a citizen still in epidemiological investigation.
He indicated that there four cases still in the ICU and 573 individuals had finished the quarantine period
