Kuwait confirms 119 new cases of coronavirus, Total 1524
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health on Thursday reported 119 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total of infections to 1,524.
2 cases of Kuwaiti nationals related to travel to United Kingdom, 2 cases of Kuwaiti nationals related to travel to USA.
Cases in contact: 4 cases of Kuwaiti nationals, 68 cases of Indian residents, 12 cases of Bangladeshi residents, 6 cases of Egyptians, 5 cases of Filipinos, 3 cases of Jordanian, 2 cases of Pakistani, 1 case of Nepali, 1 case of Srilankan.
Under Investigation cases: 1 case of Kuwaiti national, 5 cases of Egyptians residents, 7 cases of Indian resident.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh, takes decision to covers those whose residency or visit visas expired between March 1 and May 31.
The decision was taken due to the extraordinary circumstances in the country, According to a Ministry Statement.
