Kuwait: 800 companies referred for investigation for residency trading
Files of around 800 companies were referred for investigation for residency trading during the past one and a half years.
According to the report, during the period from March 2020 until the end of last September, more than 60,000 expatriates registered on these companies left the country.

The investigations revealed that these expatriates were obtaining residency through these fictitious companies in return for payment of sums of money. Then they go to work outside their company.
Authorities indicated that strict instructions are given not to tolerate residency trades.
