Kuwait: 250 KD fee for renewal of 60+ residency
The Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Manpower PAM approved a fee of 250 dinars to renew work permits for those who have reached the age of 60 without a University degree, Arabic media Al Anba reported.
Sources also indicated that three categories of people including Children of Kuwaiti women, Those who were born in Kuwait, and holders of Palestinian nationality are excluded from the fee.
However, the fee for private health insurance is not specified and it is made according to the offer by the insurance companies.
Earlier several proposals, including a fee of 500 KD and fee of 1000 KD for a year, were discussed by the authorities for the renewal of residency for expatriates above 60.
