Israel: Vandals set Mosques on Fire in East Jerusalem
Israeli authorities said that they are continuing to investigate on Friday after a “space was lit” in the suburbs of Jerusalem mosque and Hebrew graffiti was discovered on the outside wall.

The mosque is located in Beit Safafa’s Arab district, in occupied east Jerusalem. In the Middle East War of 1967, Israel seized East Jerusalem, together with the West Bank. When part of their future state the Palestinians want both places.
During previous assaults on Palestinians and their properties in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, difficult-line Israeli extremists were involved.
