Indian expat found dead in Abbasiya Kuwait

Kuwait City: A Keralite has been found dead at his residence in Kuwait on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Kottayam Kanjirappally native Pramod Jacob Nandilakkattu (39).

Kottayam Kanjirappally was working as a salesman in a fabrication company Shuwaikh. His body was found dead in his room in Abbasiya.

An initial examination of the man’s body indicated that his death was natural out of heart attack and there is no criminal cause behind it, However the body has been shifted to forensic department for completion of further procedures.

His wife Jinisha and children Amaya, Jiyanna are living in Kerala, India.

Kuwait has imposed strict measures to curb the coronavirus outbreak, which include implementing an 11-hour nationwide curfew and halting all international flights.

Jacob was an area committee member of SMCA Abbasiya. Efforts are being made to repatriate the body to Kerala, India.
