India: Due to Anti-CAA protests, Transportation howls in some areas of Old Delhi
Travelers in sections of New Delhi had problems reaching their endpoint on Friday afternoon, as a significant number of people led by Bhim Army Chief Chandra Shekhar rallied against the amended Citizenship Act outside Jama Masjid.
Many roads that lead to Jama Masjid and Red Fort experienced massive traffic congestion as dozens of protesters hit the streets again against the proposed bill.
As per a senior official, Netaji Subhash Marg was locked for vehicle activity.
The protest rally started in the wake of the massive mobilization of the military.
