Kids above 12 years are not qualified to get an ancillary visa, stated local Arabic period Al-Jarida.

As per Al-Jarida publication, the new regulation specifies that an emigrant children of beyond 12 years of age are not qualified to get a dependent visa.

The Arabic daily also stated that the habitation permits of children under dependent visa (son) will not be qualified for rehabilitation once the son is spanned 18 years of age unless they provide proof of that they are manifested at one of the provincial universities.

This will inversely sway the families with 12 years and raised kids who are plotting to join with their hubby in Kuwait. Nevertheless, this will not harm the kids who are previously in Kuwait under household residency.
