Passengers Stranded Abroad Can Now Return Back To Kuwait
Passengers who wish to come to Kuwait should provide an Arabic copy of certificate conducted PCR test four days before the trip.
The instructions mandatorily require the passengers to undergo a complete medical examination and to obtain a certificate (PCR Certificate) from the health centers approved to confirm that they are free from the Coronavirus before entering its territory.
In the event that the above (PCR) certificate is not carried, the passenger is prevented from entering the State of Kuwait and will be deported on the same carrier airline, without any financial costs incurred by the State of Kuwait, and the airline company will be fined for violating this circular.

Kuwait Health Minister Dr. Basel Al-Sabah said that it was observed that there was increase the number of Kuwaiti nationals being infected including some who had not left their home.
The Ministry of Health announced, Wednesday, 541 new infections of the coronavirus (COVID-19), raising the total to 38074. Deaths reached 306 with the addition of 3 fatalities. All the new cases were in contact with previously infected people or are being investigated for sources of infection, the Health Ministry’s spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said.
