Dubai’s Burj Khalifa pays superb tribute to the iconic show Friends

Dubai just paid the most astounding tribute to the cult masterpiece, evergreen show Friends in the most excellent means welcome, and fans of the show all over the globe cannot stay calm.

The world’s most towering skyscraper Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain gave a wonderful tribute to the show on its 25th anniversary, during their famous light show. A synchronized show with the fountain and the lights, which starred the theme song of the show ‘I’ll Be There For You’ by The Rembrandts, was settled.

The official page of Burj Khalifa even shared the video with the heading, “The one where #BurjKhalifa celebrates @friends turning 25!.”

In the video, the light show begins with Joey Tribbiani’s iconic line ‘How you doin?’, leaving the crowd laughing their lungs out, hit by good ol’ nostalgia.

It also highlighted a string of iconic flashes and things from the show like Ross’s ‘Pivot’ and ‘We were on a break’, Phoebe’s ‘smelly cat’ and guitar and Monica’s yellow peephole trim.

25 years ago, stars Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry displayed household titles with the TV show Friends.

The sitcom’s initial episode broadcasted on September 22, 1994, and aficionados of the show commemorated its 25th anniversary in the most uncommon way attainable.
