Brazilian President tests positive for coronavirus Chelsea winger & Arsenal Coach also tests positive

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has been tested positive for the novel coronavirus, on Friday, about a week after he sat next to US President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

Bolsonaro’s communications chief, Fabio Wajngarten, has also tested positive for the virus, O Globo, a newspaper based in Rio de Janeiro, reported on Thursday.

Trump and Bolsonaro were photographed sitting next to each other less than a week ago, at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The US president was photographed shaking Bolsonaro’s hand before dinner on Saturday.

Trump was also photographed standing next to Wajngarten five days before Wajngarten tested positive for the virus.

Meanwhile, Chelsea and England winger Callum Hudson-Odoi became the first Premier League player announced to have tested positive for coronavirus. Chelsea confirmed that the entire first-team squad and some of Frank Lampard’s staff would self-isolate after coming into contact with Hudson-Odoi.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has also been tested positive for coronavirus and their Premier League match away to Brighton on has been postponed.
