Bahrain: Maximum of 6 people per table allowed in restaurants
Restaurants in Bahrain have been instructed to allow a miximum of six people per table, local media reported.
The Kingdom’s Minister of Health, Faeq Al Saleh, issued a decision regarding the health requirements that must be applied in restaurants and cafes.
According to the decision, there should be a distance of two metres between the edge of each table and the other in all four directions, with only 50 per cent of the capacity of the table, meaning a maximum of six customers will be allowed per table.
The previous decision specified only 5 people at one table. This decision comes as part of the measures being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
