Australian Administration is going to kill dozens of camels in 5 days; Because they drink too abundant water
Officials in Australia are going to start a five-day drive in Australia to kill thousands of camels because they drink enough water in the wildfires.
In a five-day project beginning Wednesday, The Hill published referencing The Australian, the administration will submit helicopters to kill up to 10,000 camels.
Marita Baker, a chairman of the board of directors of Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) (large, sparsely populated area of local government for Indigenous Australians), said that the camels were causing a problem in her Kanypi village.
“We’ve been united in stubborn hot and uncomfortable conditions, feeling unsettled because the camels are going to come in and taking down barricades, getting around the houses and trying to get water through air conditioning units,” she retorted.
The expected camel slaughter comes at a time when wildfires have devastated the country since November. As per the researchers at the University of Sydney, the disaster has killed more than a dozen people and caused the displacement or death of 480 million animals.
