Armed Fugitive Shoots Himself In Kuwait
An ex-military personal shot himself in the head after police surrounded him in his house in Ali Sabah Al Salem. The suspect involved in a shoot out with police early this morning in Umm Al Haiman has killed himself.
The man was a former military officer, he has earlier got into a dispute with a friend and shot at him and then barricaded himself inside his home after police attempted to arrest him.
Several family members and relavtives spoke to the man on the phone and asked him to surrender but he refused.
Kuwait special forces used tear gas and sound bombshell to force him out of the house but the man closed all entrances and refused to come out.
Meanwhile, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad as saying that Kuwait’s total number of cases now stands at 46,940. Kuwait’s total COVID-19 death toll now stands at 358.
